I had a dream about three years ago, where I was in a large audience, and I saw you standing off to the side. You were dressed in your jester costume, from the Madrigal dinner, and you were smiling at me. I'd been feeling guilty for the past six months about not learning what had happened until the day after the funeral, and seeing you in my dream felt like I was being given a second chance to say good-bye.

i had a dream the other night that you told me that you were happy now. even though waking up made me feel a little sad, it's still nice to know that we can still see each other in dreams and that you're happy in them. i always think about you daily. i miss you.
